E53 - Stop/tail lights issue and programming problem - Krebsu - 23.05.2025 Hi Everyone! I have E53 from 2004 and wandefoo android headunit with Android 14. I have two problems: -Stop lights are not working as taillights anymore. I cannot find any option to solve it. Since the modul is installed it seems like this is overran without the possibilty to edit. I do not like it, because at night on a highway, one light is barely visible. -Lights coding First time I programmed the lights, it worked fine, but I wanted to reset the setting by clicking panic button and when I tried to program again, for example us markers are not working anymore even tough they are active in coding section. And a question. What excatly "denmark lights" do? I have DRL programmed via app and it seemed like nothing happens for "denmark DRL". Thanks for your help! RE: E53 - Stop/tail lights issue and programming problem - Andre - 27.05.2025 Hi, may you send a pic of what we read from LCM in coding menu? Means which type/ECU? "denmark lights" means you may keep light switch "on" - lights will be switched on/off with ignition. Clicking "reset" button allows me to recode again. The bug happens after clicking "panic". Moreover there are different settings saved under "panic" and "reset" which is weird to me (e.g. light voltage) The bigger issue for me are braking lights not turned on simultaneously with taillights after turning on the manual switch in the car, which is the default factory setting. PS By the way what "Rear LED light" settings does (Active/Inactive)? ![]() |
