How change unit value in IKE (km/h, l/100km, 24h)?

I need help! )
I have E53 (USA version)+ Xtrons PB7653BAP + Resler Stick + IBus App.
After switching off the battery in car the settings of units in IKE: speed km/h, fuel consumption at l/100km, 24h time etc. set to default for USA: MPH, fuel consumption at MPG, 12h time etc. I try to change in IBus APP in the settings units value back to km/h, fuel consumption at l/100km, 24h time but they don't change in IKE, and still show in IKE speed at MPH, fuel consumption at MPG, 12h time etc. In the IBUS APP change only word "MPH"->"km/h", "MPG"->"l/100" etc, but the themselves values (digit value) don't change.
What to do? How to change unit value in IKE to speed at km/h, fuel consumption at l/100km, 24h time ? Can IBus APP do it?
