Computer not displaying correct data?

Hi I recently reset my headunit to factory defaults and reinstalled the ibus app and its connecting to the USB dongle fine but I've noticed the range, fuel consumption and outside temperature don't match up to what the Dashboard Displays. For example, the dash showed average consumption of 22mpg but the head unit 10.7, range on dash was 220miles but head unit 130miles?

Any ideas?

Just gone back to car to look it says firmware is damaged on module, which is probably the cause of the problem, how and where can I find the firmware to reflash it?
