Lower Rear Headrests in Reverse

Hi,
  I own an e38 750il. It would be nice to lower back seat headrests when the gear is in reverse. And then put them back to their original position when you move out of reverse. This would make looking out the back window easier.

Any thoughts? I think being able to control rear headrests would be a great feature.
